    Default VT Calais Dash Cluster

    hey my mums boyfriends vt calais has a whole pile of water behind the plastic on the dash cluster, i was wondering if anyone could tell me and easy way 2 get the cluster out and pull it apart, cheers

    follow these steps;

    Blue LED Dash Conversion

    take it easy when putting pressure on the clips to take the plastics off, you dont want to break them
    no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone

    when i took mine out i had no idea what i was doing. NO IDEA at all. it took me about 45minutes to have the dash off and the cluster out. its not hard at all
    no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone

    he was cleaning the front of the protective plastic bit and somehow some got on the other side, im not sure must be a small gap in the top or something, i just need 2 clean that plastic was hoping it was easier lol

    if he has ever sprayed armour all on the steering wheel and any overspray has hit the cluster plastic it will be stained and you will need to replace the plastic. I thought mine had water marks on it but it turned out to be armour all eating away the plastic

    i think he said it was windex but that may explain why they r still there, how much the new plastic worth
