Hey guys first of all the leak. I open the car yesterday morning to find the the p/sides carpet in the car soaking wet. So i took all the trims out plus passenger seat and pulled up the carpet and found all the underlay rotten, as if this had been a frequent occurence. The leak is coming from below the cars computer and from behind the computer. (bottom left just in front of the doors speaker.)
Does any1 know if there is meant to be a grommet or has any1 had the same prob. When wet, ive always heard on the p/side water gushing up and down as if it was stuck in the side skirt. Ive removed it. No water present but i can still hear it when i stop??
Secondly how do you tell if its a factory manual, as when i found my leak my ecu is wrapped up in a plastic bag, Weird
Any help would be great.
Plus where would be the best place to get new carpet- holden, ebay, wreckers?
And what price. There is a company who do moulded carpets for $200 on ebay. Is that good?
