Default interior, boot and dash light problem.

hey fellas.

i was taking the rear light out 2 relocate it for a project im doin in the boot.

just a little help. I went to pull out the boot light under the parcel shelf and by doing that i took the plastic lens of with a flat head screw driver.

as soon as i unclipped the plastic lens the light went off and now the interior, boot and dash (passenger side) lights dont work. all globes are fine.

Im thinking i blew a fuse but im not good with these things.

does any1 know which fuse it is i have 2 check?

I did the exact same thing the other day taking out that boot light and it blew a fuse.

Under your steering wheel pop the flap down to reveal the fuse cluster, then check on the map which one does "illumination" or simmilar. From memory its about the 2nd row from the left about 3 or so down, its a 10amp fuse, will cost you bout $2 for a pack at a servo!

It's a stupid design and they short out easily when removed. Well the first time anyway, now I know you need to be very careful.
