    Default Tow Bar Wiring Harness

G'day. Just picked up a pretty straight VXii Berlina with less than 100k for $11k. Thought I'd check out your forum, looks pretty good. I had a VT many years ago, I forgot how good these cars are.

Got one question maybe you can help. This car is fitted with a factory tow bar but doesn't have the wiring harness and plug. Go figure! I remember these were on a cable that used to sit in the boot. But I got nothin'.
Has anyone fitted these themselves, do you have to cut into the wires or do they come with fitted plugs?

Have you looked under the car next to the tongue? Is there a plug fitted there?
