    Default D.I.Y exhaust fit

    i got a VxSs and just got a cat back exhaust its in 2pieces! i was wondering can i fit it my self ? after the two middle mufflers the exhaust slips in two one piece does it have to be spot welded or just pushed in??? the red arrows shows where its slips together thanks guys

    A lot of those need spot welding, even if it's just for a cat back. Plus there's quite a bit of tweaking to be done to get it right. It won't fit perfectly if you just bolt it on.

    You're much better off paying an exhaust place to fit it.

    They should bolt straight up, they are made in a jig. Unless it has been hit and bent, you shouldn't have any problems. The slip join is held together by single bolt band clamps.

    no welding is needed for them systems just U clamps
    and they bolt up without any problems
    you would have to be totally useless if you cant fit it your self
    takes about 20 minutes to do

    looks like a X force you wont have any troubles bolting it on
