Lifting Clear Coat!

The clear coat on a couple of places on my vt is lifting, It is just starting to lift in the corner of the rear guard near the boot and on the roof on the edge of the black strip, I need to knock this on the head before it speads to far, Does anyone have a quick fix for this problem, Maybe spraying some more clear coat ? This is very anoying on a car that has been looked after!
