VT Sway Bar

My 2000 VT Wagon has started making a little
clunkinig noise when I go over bumps. I have been told
it is my sway bar.

Do I have to replace the whole sway bar or just the
little rubber bits on the end.

Also does anyone know how easy this is ?

It will most likely be just the sway bar bushes on the link pins. Fairly eays to replace. Another option is to replace the straight link pins with the better suit S shaped aftermarket option. Examples of these can be found on ebay from the makers WASP and Nolathane etc.

I have just put some new 18" TSW Mags on it with Semi-Slick (potenza RE54os)
on it so they really grip to the road.

No, the bushes just wear out, very common.
