Hi I am hoping someone may be able to help me. I have just bought a new map pocket for my VT of ebay. But I can not figure out how to remove the plastic of the back of the front seat so I can fit this. Could some one please help?
The easiest way is to pull it off, the clips will break but you should have new clips with the new map pocket. If not you can get them for a few dollars at Holden. It is possible to remove them without breaking the clips but is a bit of messing around.

The map pocket kit from Holden is about $42 which will include the two white clips that will break as you pull on the plastic back (pull at the bottom not the top as the top has a couple of locators that you do not want to break). The main tip is not to start pulling on the plastic back at all until you have disengaged the lumbar knob from it (if fitted). Do this by simply pulling on the side around the lumbar knob as the knob just sits loosely over a splined spigot and will easily come away. Then start pulling at the back bottom until the replaceable clips break away. The rest is pretty obvious once you have it off and it takes about 5 minutes to replace the map pocket (two screws and two push on clips).
i fixed mine again yesterday. the white clip had decided to break .. unsure when .. maybe when my golf bag fell forward and hit the back of my chair. either way, easy to fix.
slip your hands underneath the backing, and reach up until you feel where the two clips are located (about a hands length up from the bottom, and about the same from the sides).
Epic thread dig by myself.
Does anyone know where you can get the clips separate? I rung three different dealerships (different franchisees, not just different locations) and all of them said you have to buy the pocket as well, at about $88.
