VX SS S2 auto problems

hey guys n gals, ive got a VX S2 SS auto, n when driving under normal acceleration, the box changes from 1st to 2nd abit hard, i owned a VT V6 auto, n it used to change smoother, is this a normal thing for the 8's??

It might be service time? All the VX SS I drove shifted really soft on the 1-2 so an overly firm 1-2 might indicate a small issue. If the fluid is in good condition there might be something else coming.

yeah in most cases they would but some dont
may just be a rooted box

My VX SS is smooth through all gears whether the foot is on the metal or I drive slow, get a service and road test, they can monitor problems with their computer. Probably a GHM dealer though.
