clock setting instructions

Hello there

apologies if this is not the right forum to ask
but my son has a brain injury and I need to transport him urgently to many drs appointments and need to watch time to allow for driving and parking etc. The clock on his VT 1997 commodore is set on the wrong time and I cant' work out how to set it correctly. Would appreciate if anyone could help urgently with simple instructions

i have a aftermarket headunit now but if i remember;

turn the radio off with the on/off button. hold down the "time" or "clock" button, this should make the hours flash to change the hours pree the "<<TUNE" button and to change the minutes press the "TUNE>>" button. to finish i think you push the "TIME" or "CLOCK" button again.

EDIT: if this doesnt work try it with the radio on and make sure the time is showing on the screen and not the radio station
