VY/VX Boot?

What are the mesurments of a VY/VX Boot (i'm mainly intersted in the distance from the back of th seats to the spare wheel well, the distance from the wheel arch to the other, and the size of the little hole (you know the one im talking about...)...
also can electronic climate control be taken from another VY/VX an retor fitted into one with out climate control...

and my final qustion (at this time) cruse control retro fit?

sounds like someone is interested in making a custom doof doof apartment complex.... or fitting an LPG tank.

As for retrofitting climate control, I would dare say you would need everything from the switches to the BCM. Yes it can be done, but at this day and age upgrading the car might cost around the same. Best way to do this would be to gut a written off donor car of the same model (VY or VX). That way you can go back and get more stuff if you realise you're missing something. The VT and VX were more alike than a VY and VX. VY's are all different and stuff.

The cruise control should be much easier, as it was a factory option. Even after market kits will work, just might not have all the same safety features like disabling cruise when you water plane. That was cool, I water planed rather massively once when I had cruise control enabled and it shut itself off. Might not be intended but still nifty.

Yeah plaining a Box... I wanna do all the plaining before i go out and buy the car... I haven't found the perfect car yet... and i haven't decided on S,SS, Calais or Berlina... but i'm leaning toward the SS or S... and getting a Calais or Berlina wreck and vulture the corps ... lol...

VT and VX boots would b the same ud b better off finding 1 of those models and do some measuring up urself then u can see wats in front of u and have a better idea of wat the task ahead is gonna bring.
