Most L67 owners are hooking the boost line up to the front of the Lower Intake Manifold under the snout of the charger. If you look under the snout where it joins the housing there is a little black rubber plug about 1cm in length and 5mm diameter.

Might be easier to unhook the charger drive belt to get to it then just remove the plug and slip on the boost feed hose that goes to your guage. Of course the hose isn't connected to the guage at this stage. It will be a tight fit, that's what you want.

Then route the hose back (next to the fuel rail to keep it tidy?) to the firewall on the drivers side and there is a oval grommet under the brake booster. Pop a hole in it and feed the boost feed through there back to where the guage is. I dropped the fuse panel and fed it through under the steering column to the guage.

Tee'd off the fuel rail's can give a bit of laggy readings, it would only be marginally better off the LIM tho. Ive heard from other people you could run into trouble if its off the fuel line ect. just safer tee'd off the LIM imo.

Also, anyone know a shop that will sell the pod holders, whether it be bolt down types or very very sticky base's?

I mounted mine on the steering column cover above the wiper stalk. It is legal and no one can see it unless they are peering into the car and it is actually in view when you are driving. The best thing is if I want to remove it is the column cover only costs $15 to replace.

Not a chance. The M90 bypass works on vacuum so when you mash it the charger gets full boost. I assume you have high lift rockers if it's showing 7psi?

Their press on pulley is about $120 and you need to get hold of a tool to remove the stocker and press on the YT one. 87mm is what you're after. The ECU will adapt to the boost levels perfectly. Cooler plugs with a smaller gap and some 98 octane are what you will need though. You wouldn't believe the improvement

1st thing I did was piff the engine cover, the M90 looks good. Cooler plugs help once the boost is increased, a smaller gap is good to at 10psi (6ish stock). These plugs are good once the boost is raised with or without an intercooler.

I tried the 82mm pulley but came to the conclusion that it needed a tune to get the best from it plus it chewed way too much juice. 86mm/87mm is great.
