vx ss, y does the aerial stay up even when a cd is playing?
recently got a ss and have been wondering why the aerial is up when cd's are playing, sold my vx lumina not long ago and it didnt do this, it only went up for the radio.

does it go down when the car is off? if not it probably broken.

What model cd player is it? Alot of CD players now are constant, so when its playing a cd the aerial stays up. Saves wear on the aerial motor anyway, just use the manual up and down controls for the aerial in the cabin.

its a panasonic from the previous owner
in the middle of installing new head unit, does any one know what the wire is for the aerial up and down.
