Default Vt Lsd Diff

Hi all was just wondering if anyone could tell me if a v8 lsd diff is able to go into a stocky vt ? if so what are the better ones to go for ? and is there any real hassles with changing it over ? any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes you can replace the diff with a V8 LSD as long as it is from a VT. The VX diff's are different where the tail shaft attaches to the yoke of the diff.

No real hassels to change it over. The bolts will be very tight because of the thread lock that has been used to secure them. And a little care needs to be take when installing the LSD for alignment as it will affect the rear alignment for the wheels and can cause steering and tyre wear anomalys.
