Hey all,

I personaly own a VN but my old man just purchased a Series 1 VT exectutive V6 Auto. i think it has roughly 170,000 on the clock. Are there any little things we should look out for with the VT at this stage. like i heard that the gearbox filters were known for jamming up and causing the boxes to die, or is this just another myth.

So far were going to to a major service INC: plugs, leads, oil, oil filter, air filter, radiator flush. Get the gearbox serviced at the local auto trans place.

Just wanted to know is there anything else we should have done to prevent a stuffup in the future or should this be enough to keep it happy for years to come, well untill it needs another service

any help is greatly appreciated.
