Radio Pin

Hi guys, as the title suggests I need the radio pin to my car. Problem is that the number i got from holdens when I gave them my vin number doesn't work. Obviously some where in the past the previous owner has changed head units and not recorded the number. What is the best way of getting the pin number cause driving around without music can be quiet boring. Thanks

Try pulling the head unit out, if the previous owner bought it from a wreckers it may have the pin number written on the case

Tried that but there's nothing on it, Damn. Can't understand why car makers put codes on crappy head units, surely they don't think people will knock off a factory stereo from a car

cheapest way out will be to replace the head unit
