    Default VT S Pac Springs

Hi guys i was wondering you you could help me out in choice of springs for my car. Due to the IRS rear end are the springs different? to standard models? If anyone has some pics of how there car sits with there choice of springs that would be good. I want it neat and tidy and to sit level.

    So whats the choice?

    Thanks in advance

Geez Howie, I was just about to post the same question! If anyone could add their experiences with "sports" lowered springs (pedders, lovells and FE2) to suit a VT V6 that would be great as I am looking to lower my car but not lower than "sports" low.

Also another thing you have to keep in mind with both SSL and SSSL springs is that in most cases you will have to roll atleast the rear passenger guard.

I had 19" ROH Vapors and although they say their offset is suited to commodores, i needded to roll one guard and the other was just just cleaning it.

More images of how my car sat.... I think it was pretty flat...

I had some dead side on.. can't find the bastards though...

    EDIT:

Found one... ignore the green... I know its hard but focus... pretty level i think...

SSL and SL is probably the go i reckon. Seems everyone here uses King Springs. Isnt there much to choose from or are they just the best?

^^^ Yeah... they are bascially the best...

Your other options are Lovell springs or the Pedders spring... though I think pedders use Lovell but i'm not 100% on that...

Personally I think pedders suspesion is below par...

I had scrubbing on the passender side rear which i rolled... that was the only issue I had...

In terms of camber... I didn't have any issues but they did update the rear from the VT to the VX so with a VT you will have a fair bit of negative camber and you will need a 4 point camber kit... no doubt about it...

Hey guys. I'm buying a set of Front and Rear FE2 Springs and shockies off of another forum member tomorrow and will be getting them installed in about a fortnight's time, so if you would like to wait I can take some before and after pictures to show you how much it drops? =)
