[b]98 VT Heater Core....again[b]

Seems to be a reoccurring theme. I have to replace the heater core on my VT acclaim wagon. Browsed thu a few of the past posts and came across a post from skeg1967 but I found the VT has a different arrangement to the VS. The core seems to be fitted vertically rather than horizontally and appears to be mounted close to the fire wall in front of the air box.

Has anyone attempted one before- if so I take it that its dash-out time?

I'm afraid it's dash removing time... Can't give many other pointers as I had my lovely local Holden Dealer do the job - and it took them 3 days!!!!! (They quoted 6 hours)

Apparently someone put the vacuum hoses on backwards - so if I can give any pointers, it would be to ensure that all your parts go back on the right way!
