All wires colours..Not just stereo

I was wondering, where abouts can I go to find out what each and every coloured wire is in my car? I have been getting into playing with the electronics, and I just wanna know what wires I am cutting before I cut them haha.

For now I really want to know what the wires running up the side pillar are. (I guess they're for the interior light, but there is like 4 wires so I don't know what they're all for).
