    Default lpg trac control question

has anyone got the mixer system with trac control. I'm getting it installed next week and the installer said he installs a relay that cuts power to the trac control and i just wondering if anyone has this and if it effects the abs and cruise control and if the "trac off" light is illuminated while driving?

There is no way you can run a mixer system with traction control on the Commo's and Falcons. The way that the traction contorl operates will cause big backfires when running a mixer system due to the fact that it controls the injectors to acheive traction control. The only way to run it is to fit a LPG injection system.
The light will be illuminated when on gas and it will not affect the operation of the ABS.

    thanks mate
it doesn't bother me about the light but i would miss my abs! i have noticed that the cruise control stops working when the abs module is disconnected so i was worried about that too but it sounds like i don't have to worry. thanks for the reply.

So when you run on petrol your T/C will operate as normal?

    Yes thats right.
or you could just go with an injection system and everything will work perfectly.
Or go with the new Liquid injection system and get MORE power than petrol.
I have been selected to be one of their authorised installers and I have to say that liquid injection is the most amazing stuff I have seen in the LPG industry in my 15 years as a fitter.
It is the future of LPG, that is for sure.
if anyone wants any info you can PM me.
