my dads VT need new engine mounts i was wondein how do i change them myself???????
also we had gas put on and since then the vacuum has come off where is it and how do i put it back on??????????
another thing it needs new rear shockys n i was wondering how do i replace them myself

Rear shocks are easy as - jack up each corner, undo bolts top and bottom (top is in the boot) they'll fall out. Replace. 10minutes per side.

Engine mounts are harder, especially passenger side. Got quoted 4hrs labour by a mechanic - did it in 2hrs myselfTwo man job and best if the other guy knows what they are doing. Failing that - do a search, there are detailed write ups already in this forum.
