Default VX Wagon Rear Wiper Motor

Hi everyone

First off, did quite a few searches to try and find the answer to my problem but didn't come up with much. I may have used the wrong terms in which case you assistance will be appreciated!

2 services ago I had my local Holden dealership look at my 2000 VX wagon rear wiper as it was not working any more, I am not sure exactly how much it would have been but I do remember it being an incredible cost to have it fixed so didn't go ahead with it. Lately I have been getting more confidence in making repairs to stuff including the car and thought I might have a look see. To my horror it was in multiple pieces behind the trim, I guess they left it that way after I said not to bother however it does definitely look toast.

As such, do you know what models would have a compatible motor and/or if it would be expensive to get from Holden direct (I will be calling them tomorrow). The part number on the motor is 9210324 and below that is 36/06

Any help would be great! Especially before I go trekking around U-Pull-It for parts

Cheers!

UPDATE: Heard back from Claridge Holden: A Rear Wiper Motor part number 92103204 is $275.00 and they will need to get it from Melbourne Bit more than I hoped.

UPDATE 2: From Faults - VT Electrical
Quote:
Wagon Rear Wiper motor - Some rear wipers will not operate because the internal linkages jam up. This can also damage the wiper motor. A revised wiper motor and linkage assembly was introduced mid 2000.
Rear Wiper Motor Assembly - Part number 92103204
Sounds like it happens a lot then

UPDATE 3: Went trecking around U-Pull-It and found the same looking motor mounted on a different bracket and with a different plug. Went home and swapped the brackets and the plugs and all is now wonderful! Cost $17 for the motor Definitely pays to do it yourself!
