VT Berlina BCM

HI, does anybody know if it would hurt to replace a VT I Exec BCM with a VT Berlina BCM. I got a new keyhead with it and my old one is crook. Wondering if i could just swap them over and use the new keyhead.

the bcms have different connectors, it wont plug in
