Hi I have a VX series 1 exec and have just installed electirc windows on the front, the only problem I found is that the drivers window didnt lower, the auto relay system wouldnt work so I traced the wire (green with black stripe) to the drivers footwell cut it and ran a new wire from there directly to the window regulator works fine but no auto lower.
Also fitted the cruise control gear from a VT Acclaim - brake switch - cruise module - indicator/cruise switch but no go ! nothing lights up on the dash have tested all bits except the cruise module and they are ok if anyone can post the selftest details that would be great, other wise its down to the local dealer to get hooked up to the diagnostic computer.
All the wiring was in place for the windows and the cruise I did not buy door looms as its only a matter of running two more wires from the body plug to the regulator.

did u upgrade ur bcm? i had that problem with the auto down new bcm fixed it. the cruise problem i had the same thing as well turned out i screwed the brake switch in to far adjust that see how u go! and when i hook the throttle cable up i hooked it wrong check that as well, also mode and up when turning the key hold for 3 secs and push mode to go throw ur display and test the cluster to see if it brings up the cruise lights! hope this helps ya mate

Thanks for that I didnt change the BCM I am happy with the windows as they are.
Still had no cruise light showing this arvo so I took it out and decided to have a play with the switches pressed the bottom switch in, still no cruise light showing ! then rocked the top switch back and bingo the active light comes on and shes away on her own ???.
Im rapt that the cruise works but wtf is going on with the cruise light ?
