Default Drivers side window problem

Im having trouble winding my window up it goes eventually but it takes a lot of effort. It goes down fine. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be, its manual windows not electric by the way.
Cheers

Mate,,,, The regulator is flogged out in the guts...Next it will start slipping...After that you will have to hold the door open at the macca's drive through.

Probably something broken with your winding mech. Pull your door apart and have a look.

I had the same problem in my passenger door of my vr. one of the rivets in the window winding mechanism was broken and the others were loose i just drilled them out one by one and used washers and chucked new rivets in and now shes sweet

Have a look at the plastic runners in the channels , the ones that lift the window up and down while you have it apart. They tend to wear out . only a couple of bucks each
