Replace burnt Globes - Power Button & A/C Switch

Hi all!

New to your site - please forgive me if I ask a question previously posted. I too have a VX plain jane and have noticed that the globes need replacing on the power button and also on the a/c switch. Both buttons function correctly; it's only when u switch on the headlights to see at night what each button represents. Are there instructions some one could post on how i get access to these areas so i can replace the globes. Hope my request is something someone has come across in their past. You will need to remove the dash surround to access the A/C switch and you will need to remove to console cover and a few other parts for the power switch. The best thing you can do is invest about $40 on a Gregory's workshop manual and it will give you step by step instructions and it will also come in handy for other repairs. If you don't really want to spend the money you could do a search because these things have been discussed before.

Cheers - purchased the book which covers in detail the issues i needed to fix plus some other others that needed attention as well. Car is looking now more of it's former glory! :-) Thanks.
