Is it blowing fuse F15? One of two things could be happening. The motors that drive the electric mirrors could be shorting or at least drawing more current from the electrics than it was designed for, in which case you'd need to pull your electric mirrors apart and replace the motor. You would have to first track down which mirror is causing your problems.

The second cause could be a short in the wiring. This one is a bit harder to trace so you might have to take it to an autoelectrician to fix.

There is no electrics for power steering, so there is no fuse for power steering. Power steering works purely on a mechanical pump so it only works when your engine is running. Unless you meant there is a separate problem elsewhere to your electric mirrors?
