VX foglights on VT
Whats the procedure, or can it work to get vx foglights on a vt. i have the vx bodykit ready to install on my vt but wondering if foglights can work

2mor when its daylight like check if you have the wiring tucked in under your radiator or beind your dash i had it in my old vx lumina.
ill check 2mor what colour the plug is and take a pic behind my dash face so you can see if you have it.

im not sure,if the wiring is there will i have to install the fog light button? That would be great if you could be able to tell me if the wiring is there, thanks for yur help lumina.

Pretty sure your wiring will be there. You will need the proper switch which should plug into the connector which is behind the headlight switch but you might need to search for it. As lumina01 said, the plugs for the lamps will be behind the bumper, either side of the radiator. You can see them from under the car.

beautiful, just what i was after. thanks a heap, will i have to cut a hole for the fog light switch? or would it be worth buying a whole new dash with the hole there?

you will also need to buy the relay and fuse for the fuse box under the bonnet on the drivers side

That's right, but you will also need a switch.

all done! hardest part was carefully cutting a spot the foglight switch.... Pic's will be in my thread in a sec!

hey hows it going?
just a question, i want to hook up my fog lights the same as you have. What do you mean when you say plug in a relay? sorry if im a little slow. the fuse bit i get, but you plug the foggies in, hook up the switch, put a fuse in and then what??

fuse is already there - but just above your battery there is another fuse box which houses your major relays - hope these pics help!
Relays are about $3 or something like that from MOST good auto retailers - I got mine from my local Holden joint.
