Stock stereo question

I was thinking the other day if anyone knew if you can get a stock holden head unit like a VY eurovox and fit it into a VX head unit hole?

Has anyone done this or are they different style?

no m8 the vx is longer and the vy is taller, u can modify anything just dont think it will look neat
