    Default Protecting the look

I just got a new front bar and re-spray in Phantom Black orignal colour the car is in, after an unfortunate encounter with a fox. Now it's on the car and looks really nice new and shiney. I've waxed and polished it and i want to keep it looking new. Has anyone tried a new product on the market i've seen that's a clear plastic that you cut to shape and apply to areas you want to protect? Unsure what is is exactly but seen it advertised. Does anyone know how good it is, and does it take away any part of the apparence of the paint work? Cheers

    1. Wax and polish, then drive a bit more carefully next time.

    or

    2. Keep the car parked in the garage, only ever driving it on quiet days while have a second bomb (ok we won't care if its a Ford) as your daily transport.
