Default New VT - Need help

    Hi Everyone.

I just got a 98 berlina.. Everything seems to be fine - but i have a few questions. I hope somone in here can help..

Firstly - How do you enter the stereo code - i am going to call holden this week to get teh code, but if anyone knows how to input the code that would be great..

2nd- There seems to be loads of "black sludge" in the radiator - is this a problem? How can i flush it out? is there a bolt on the bottom of the radiator ?

3rd- Cruise control, i cant seem to get it to work.. if somone would point me in the direction of a on line user manual - ide really appreciate it..

I'm sure there is more - i will post more later - Thanks in advance forall of your help..

Imagine the world without the internet - horror..

    1. When you insert your key and turn to accessories, the stereo will prompt you to enter the security code if you haven't done so before. The security code is a 4 digit PIN that you just press the respective number button on your stereo. It'll automatically accept the code once all 4 digits are entered. Be aware though it will only let you try the code 3 times before you are locked out for an hour, unless you disconnect the battery.

    2. Probably a gasket crack somewhere. Should be easy to flush and prime the radiator like any car. There is a bolt underneath the radiator.

    3. Press On/Off button when the car is running, drive up to the desired speed (anything above 30km/h), then press the Cruise button. The Cruise Active light will come on your dash and you can take your foot off the accelerator. Pressing the brake pedal or the On/Off will cancel the cruise. Press On/Off button to switch off cruise control or Cruise button again to set at the new cruise speed.

    Enjoy your Berlina.

"drive up to the desired speed (anything above 30km/h),"

I think you will find the cruise won't work under 40KPH!
