Will Calais seats fit into a VX?

I'm thinking of upgrading the seats on my VX executive.

I see that sometimes you can come across wreckers who sell calais leather seats (front & rear) and door trims.

My question is, will the seats (front & back) from a calais fit into a VX executive?

When you say any model, I take it you mean any model from a VT-VX. I assume the VY-VZ wont work.

yep VT - VZ seats are all interchangable, i have VZ seats in my VT

Great to hear guys... I keep an eye out for some seat. If anyone by any chance knows any WA wreckers who can get leather Calais seats in I would like to know.

Hears another thing though. Do the VT calais seats have side air bags as series 1 doesn't and does you VX have them (not sure on VX) If your VX does and you put seats without them then you are defecting your car and could get into trouble if you have a serious accident. The other thing is how hard is it to hook up the VT seats into a VX if they both have airbags? Is it just plug in or is the wiring different and if the VX doesn't have the wiring how hard is it to wire them up?

yeh its all plug and play m8 .....but i dnt knw about if the car dosent hav side airbags...that could cause a problem not 100% on that
