problem under acceleration

I have a vt supercharged V6 series 1
starting the car is fine gentle cruise is ok but under acceleration the car shudders have changed the spark plugs and high tension leads and still no fix have tested the car by shorting under the steering column and get the error code 43 which is for a knock sensor when the car drives no warning lights flash just feels like ignition brake down does anyone have an idea what it could be or have had a similar experience ?

I just got back from holden they found 1-4 coil pack gone quoted $228 paid $36 for the coil pack at a local car part place I go to and fitted it in 5 mins and now all is good thanks for your input Ace have a good day
