hey guys just need some help. ive got a bumper which i got dirt cheap which is in really goood condition, it just needs to be painted the same colour as my car. now ive been told that because it alread has a different colour on their that the paint might stretch n peel off when they paint it. is this or a load of buls.....

Any painter that is worth something, Would prepare the bumper before painting.
