Diff swap

Hi everyone

Hope someone can help.

I have a WH Statesman (supercharged V6) with a 3.07 diff which by the noise it is making is at the end of its life.

Can someone tell me if the diff from a WK Gen 3 (2003) would be a direct swap?

Ratios may be different. But physically the diff should go straight in. Speedo migh end up out, and need recal to suit new ratio, IF the is a difference. Not sure. Will definately work for now though..
