hey guys i just bought a woodgrain transmission thing and want to put it in my vt. just wondering does anyone know how to take the old one off or how to fit it correctly, any help i would appreciate thanks

thanks mate yer i took off the console bit in the middle and am left with the only the transmission thing in the middle like in this photo

just dont no how to get anything else off, i want to take that one off so i can fit the woodgrain 1, what about the button on the gearstick does that come off and if so how???
