No light on odometer?

Just bought a car and realised that there is meant to be a light on the odometer.

Is this a common problem, or did Acclaims not get them or something?

Easy to fix?

I have the Same thing on My VX on the Tacho how do you change the globe

do i have to pull the whole dash apart?

remove dash face, acouple of screws and clips.(next to cig lighter both sides, under fuse cover)
then 2 screws will get the cluster out, then do what you have to do.
dash doesnt come out,very easy job have a play around im sure you'll get it

yeh branch ill dig up a thread for you but you just need to replace the globe in there. Not hard just a pain in the arse getting to the cluster. Maybe a good time to put your stezza in while we have the dash out?

hardly a pain to get to it, dash doesnt come out and u should have the cluster out in 5 mins

not the easiest thing to do lumina if you have never done it before. The dash facia comes out before the cluster. 5 min job - no

Does anyone know what part number or type these globes are ? I think there is like 5 or six in their, it cheap change em all. Also for some reason my plastic cover over the odometer, guages etc is hazed, possibly from protectant, wiping it etc....pain the the ar$e.

Don't replace those stupid globes. If one blows, it's time for an LED Dash Conversion!!!
