diff gurus help!

my standard diff in my vx ss makes a really horrible loud grinding noise when i hammer it around a corner. only the inside wheel spins when it grinds so im guessing its part of the lsd. its not a high pitch grind, its a really coarse noise like the diff is grinding the teeth. i have had it looked at and it was cleaned and put back together, apparently mechanically fine. my mechanic said the only other thing it might be is the cone. but, although a good mechanic he aint a diff specialist. (he sent it to a diff specialist for the clean) it was ok after that for a little while, but now the problem is back with avengence. i have a driving course at oran park booked which expires soon so i need it done asap. sonmeoen please help. its really affecting my "hoon" style! which i do not condone in any way, other than on "private" roads. sorry for the essay...

ive got an lsd center lying around that didnt open wheel pm if your interested ...it might help the issue
