I have a VXII Ecotec V6 that i have done a few mods to

I am trying to figure out roughly how many Kw it would now have i have installed the below

Type-S CAI with K&N Air Filter
2.5' Sports Exhaust
1.95 Ratio Rockers
Supersize Throttle Body

Any Idea's i know it will just be ball park but i was thinking around 180 or something

Go down to your local dyno and ask for some runs? Should only cost $70 or so.

i think ull be a little shocked when u see maybe 150? 155? 160 max?

at the wheels.

Dreamer. Stock Vt 5.0ltr is 179kw. I f you got as high as 150kw i would be stunned with the setup described.
Dont belive all this bolt on power rubbish, it does not =KW at the back wheels, at least not what they tell you it will. Nice idea with the rockers but to get 180kw out of that package you need a cam stroke and maybe a turbo lol

More like 130 at the wheels!!
They are around 110-115 stock.........Mine has 132.....Bugger all for lotsa $$$$

lol i think you guys are jumping the gun a bit..im pretty sure he means kw at the fly cos then 180 would sound a bit more reasonable..noone with even the smallest amount of knowledge on cars would estimate 180 rwkw with those mods on an ecotec 6...to answer ur question mate yeah youd be around 180 at the fly or around 135 at the wheels.

I did mean at the Fly Wheel

To get 180 at the wheels i would need to Supercharge it as well as through a heap more money in!

It would be less than 130kw at the wheels. larger throttle body wouldnt add much if anything, and u would need a full exhaust (extractors etc..) to go with the rockers and intake to even get close to the 130 mark
