vt boot garnish, convert to vx look.. ?

im guessing the vx boot will not fit the vt.. ? so does anyone have any good ideas to make the ass end look more vx style ?

so then i can get a seat of monaro tail lights tomgo with the new front end

has anyone done any similar mods before, maybe a heap of bog and a paint ?

dont have to change whole boot just the garnish the vx calais garnish also fits and looks good

vx garnish is straight swap for a vt one man.. same shape on the back. the moulding for the licence plate and the surrounding area is slightly different but this makes no difference

What If I just took the VT garnish off, whats underneath? I've got a VT in cinebar and im pretty sure that colour wasnt done in the VX.

you could get a spray shop to match it to a blank vx garnish

^^ they dont look too bad once painted properly I think but yeh I like vx better.

My lights are black so I left the garnish black...
Looks ok till you get up close and can see the holden indents hahahaha

yeah definatly the VT garnish looks better painted wen prepped properly so u dont see those indents or lines lol mine came up perfect the VX just doesnt suit the VT/VX curves.
