Default Need a place to get a good new engine for my VT

Quick questions for people who actually KNOW something about this stuff, unlike me.

I bought a VT Exec 98, 180,000 with a V6 Ecotec engine, lowered, 17's, king springs, sports exhaust for 3200 bucks, thought it was a sick deal....

So far i've replaced, brake pads front and back, radiator, tensioner, serpentine belt, 2 tyres, head unit, alternator, fuel pump, battery, brake rotors and heater tap...that's all i can think of.
Anyway, my engine's got a low end bearing that's gone in my engine, so looks like i'll have to replace that now, i need the name of a place that does good quality engines, any places you guys would recommend?

if you live in perth you can have another v6 thrown in from a wrecked car for 900 fitted with a warranty drive in drive out

Gday mate i brought a 2000 VX motor for my mums 1998 VT Acclaim off Ebay from a wreakers in melb for 550 bucks (end auction sale) and he has boosted the price upto 800 buy it now (not sure weather he still has em on altho i got the VX motor for my mums car about 5 months ago and he was still posting 2 weeks ago)

best of all the VX motor fits perfectly into the VT gearbox and all of the add on's go together fine (altho i think wiring harness may be different) radiator is the same, injectors everything matches and you get the benifit of somthing like 6 extra kilowasps a bit more torque and better fuel economy!!!

the only thing that i can remember that didnt fit was the VT serpintine belt onto the VX the VT belt is like 25mm too big..but i would advise anyone to ineed of a new motor for the VT to just get a VX motor if its in good nick!

but yeah check wreakers and Ebay there your best bet for a cheap motor
