Scan shows funny O2 reading

This is the only thing showing in a scan, I'm getting intermitant rough running mainly at idle. The scan only shows the problem on the right side. Up until now, none of the mechanics that have done a scan & seen this have suggested that we fit a new sensor. They have all said its electrical & have fitted new plugs, leads etc. Do you think these guys are a bit thick?
