    Default Pod filter in vt

OK, now i know there are MANY threads on pod filters, what is better a pod or pannel etc etc...

All i want to know is: How do you fit a pod filter in a vt airbox. Do you need that sensor thats on the side of the box?

My vt spak has stock CAI, well a form of cai, and all i want to do is fit a pod in the box, is this possible. Cutting the box apart will destroy the point of the cai thats there, so if the answer is no il just get a k&n pannel filter.

    thanks

your question has been covered many many times.

yes you will need the sensor. you can do what you like with it aslong as its connected.
you can jam it into the pod filter wire mesh if you like aslong as its there.

to fit the filter you will need a spacer hose to connect from the airflow sensor to the pod filter or similar or you can do what i did and jam the pods rubber onto the airflow sensor.
To fit the pod in the box youll most likly need the length of pipe for it to reach, and you will not be able to fit the box lid on without alot of hastle
