hey, my brother hit a tree in his vt and pushed in above the rear wheel, will he be able to get it beaten out or have to get the rear quarter panel cut off and another welded on

For a price. Would have cost me $913 to get my rear door fixed and painted, so I went to a wreckers and found one the exact same color for $220. Took an hour or 2 to fit and saved myself $693
