Horn and Alarm Issues Maybe

Hi Guys, Had my car under a cover for a week, went and fueled up, back home & half an hour later the horn is going off in short bursts like an alarm issue but what for ? It did the same thing an hour later and then later that day. This is starting to get annoying especially coming off night shift.

Any ideas peoples ?

Definitely the alarm going off but I can't really say why, could be a faulty door or boot switch or the alarm itself. You might need to get it checked out.

i would possibly go to a holden dealership (may be expensive) get them to plug it into a tech II, which is a diagnostic device they will be able to tell you what is wrong with it

mine's done that too. my horn has gone of 3 times this year but in a constant beep..
i noticed that happens when its late at night like 4am or so and when its parked on the grass and there is a mist in the weather..

is your thing similar?
