Default "How to" service VT

Hey guys, i have had many run ins with baddd mechanics. So from now on i am refusing to pay mechanics for servicing lol. I have a pretty good idea on how to do it for a vt, but a "How to" on how to change coolant/oil/oil filter/fuel filter and brake pads would do wonders. I think many people would benefit from it as well. My motor is a v6 ecotech.

So anyone who is willing to create one, or has a link to a site with some good instructions i would greatly appreciate it, and so will my wallet. I am going to try and get a hold of a Gregory's manual as well.

Thanks
