removing door loom vt exec

hey folks

just wondering how do i remove the loom in the doors ? their is a clip but their's no way to disconnect it, its mounted behind the seat belt pulley.

i plan on putting the loom for electric doors and mirrors anyway so could i just cut it seeing a new loom will be put in ?

i don't see where you mean the seat belt pulley is. Anyway, what do you mean by electric door? pop locks? and for the mirrors if you don't already have them, i don't know seeing as every model came out with them?

I wouldn't cut it because they just unplug. Is it a series 1 or series 2, because the looms are different for each?

i want to put my 1998 s pack doors which have the elcetric windows.

The looms should be the same. The difference between series 1 and 2 looms is they way they plug into the body. They plugs on series one can be difficult to disconnect and may require a bit force. It's like they are stuck together. The series 2 has a different design where the connector is not connected to the actual body of the car.
