just a couple of quick questions:
firstly, i need to change my spark plugs at my next service. which brand would you guys say is the best to use on an L67 with 10psi pulley 1.8rockers, cai and exhaust?
Also im going to change the diff oil. its a single spinner. i hear you need 2 litres is that correct? im goin to get royal purple diff oil but im not sure which grade to use? i.e: 75w140, 80w90, 85w140.
and lastly, its the 140,000km service so i really want to do all i can to look after the engine, would uz recommend any types of sensors etc that i should really consider changing?

The only sensors I would suggest you change if they are the original ones, are the oxygen sensors. As for plugs and oil, it's all a matter of personal preferences I reckon.

k thanx 4 that mate will look into changin the o2 sensor. so is there any1 that can recommend me a grade of diff oil to use and which brand plugs to use as i have no idea!
