Need help! With vx garnish wiring!

hey guys i need a bit of help. i have bought the monaro lights today and the vx garnish for my vt! now all i need to know is step by step instructions to wire the lights. and also what is the wire to have to run from one side of the lights to the other? where does it go thanks

Hi fatboy15 welcome to JC

The monaro lights will plug streight into the harness that exists in your VT.
You will need to run a reverse light wire from the drivers side to the passenger side.

i dont understand that running the wire part what do i run it from???? to what???

The monaro lights should have come with a loom.

on the loom are globe sockets.

I cant remember what colour the reverse wire is off hand (i think its white and blue)

If you plug the loom into one of your monaro lights you will find out which ones reverse (clear or white).

On the drivers side you will have to connect the positive for the reverse wire on the harness side and run another reverse positive from it to the passenger side.
The VT's came out with the reverse wire in the harness on the drivers side for a trailer connection.
