Hey guys, i know there is threads on how to replace the button to a chrome one, but none of them mention on how to remove just the grip. I am waiting to install one of these:

I have seen a vt with one installed, it looked pretty sweet, do you have to pull the centre console to pieces to replace it? or can you just rip the whole grip off and shove this one over it
